Projek Kaseh4U started in November 2013 and started to feed homeless, destitute, and urban poor every tuesday at 9pm along CIMB Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman (Behind Tune Hotel). We began with 60 packs of Nasi Ayam with fruits, drinks and dinner roll. Today, we have steadily grew to 450 packs. Still growing strong…

Our Philosophy

Our main objective is to feed the food-less regardless their ethnic background, religious affiliations, nationality, past and present history. We feed our guests with respect and support. Besides, we strive to give them pride and dignity lost through poverty, mental health, social ills, abandonment, ridicule and misplace pride. Also, we strive to provide counselling to parents on child development and creating a viable future for their next generation.

Uniqueness

Projek KASEH4U is unique because it encourages volunteers (and observers) to bring their families. It’s not uncommon to see children of volunteers freely mingling with children of our guests.

What we are Today?

Our biggest milestone is when we started Projek KASEH4U in Istanbul and Makkah in 2015. For example, we channel donations received to our volunteer in Makkah for the Iftar on Mondays. Today we have Kolej Kedua Tuanku Bahiyah (KKTB), Universiti Malaya which provides drinks and volunteers since 2014. All residents of KKTB are encouraged to experience Projek KASEH4U. Projek KASEH4U has won Best Overall Community Project 2 years in a row. This is among all community projects organized by KKTB. They have also won the Vice- Chancellor Special Award for their efforts. The driving force behind UM’s participation is Dr Nahrizul Adib Kadri, the Principle of KKTB. Today we have Kedai Kek Bukit Idaman which provides 450 pieces of bread since 2015 Today we have Chindian Kiosk which provides 50 – 100 (Chinese) rice porridge to supplement our main menu. Today we have volunteers and observers from all walks of life and profession; from students as far away as Johor and Tanjung Malim; from motorbike clubs to interested and caring individuals.
